Continue using your respective website and banking in 2021
We have begun integrating our operations and in the spring 2021, we’ll integrate our banking systems to unify our website and mobile app. In the meantime, members can continue to bank using their respective websites, online banking, and mobile apps. It’s also business as usual for cheques, debit cards, pre-authorized payments, investments, loans and mortgages.
Legacy Crosstown Civic members will not be able to log into online banking from Access Credit Union’s website, and vice-versa, until technological integration is complete.
