Integration Weekend is Friday, May 7 to Sunday, May 9.

What legacy Crosstown Civic members need to expect during integration weekend and how to prepare.

This timeline will help members understand which services will be unavailable and when, and the steps you may need to take to prepare. Please note that these impacts apply to legacy Crosstown Civic members only. For service disruptions impacting legacy Access members, please visit this page.

• Members will not be able to send money using e-Transfer after 12:00 p.m. CDT until Sunday, May 9.
• Any pending e-Transfers in the system after May 5 will be canceled and funds will be re-deposited to member accounts.
• Send any e-Transfers prior to 12:00 p.m. CDT on Monday, May 3.
• Remind your e-Transfer recipients to accept their funds before 5:00 p.m. CDT on Wednesday, May 5.

• Members will not be able to receive or accept money using e-Transfer after 5:00 p.m. CDT until Sunday, May 9.
• e-Transfer profile, recipients, and history will not carry forward into the new database.
• Turn off the e-Transfer Autodeposit setting.
• Check to see if you have any pending e-Transfers in your email or text
notifications and action accordingly.
• Make a list of, print, or screenshot all e-Transfer recipient email addresses and keep them in a safe place.
• Screenshot and save/print your e-Transfer history.

• ATMs and Retail Point-of-Sale will be available with limited access.• Have alternative methods of payment such as credit card or cash available throughout integration and ensure any ATM transactions are completed in advance.
Branches• All Access CU branches will close at 5:00 p.m. CDT and will reopen Monday, May 10 for regular business hours.• Complete any in-branch banking activities as early in the week as possible to avoid delays.
Member Solutions Centre (MSC)• The MSC will close at 5:00 p.m. CDT and will reopen on Sunday, May 9 at 12:00 p.m. CDT.• Complete telephone service banking activities as early in the week as possible to avoid delays.
Online and Mobile Banking• Online and mobile banking will be unavailable until Sunday, May 9 in the afternoon.• Complete any online banking activity prior to 5:00 p.m. CDT.
Telephone Banking• Telephone banking will be unavailable until Monday, May 10 at 9:00 a.m. CDT.• Complete any telephone banking activity prior to 5:00 p.m. CDT.

• Log into online banking with your existing login ID/PAN and temporary password via
accesscu.ca.
• Delete CCCU Mobile App, download the Access 24/7 app.
• Login via desktop application first.
