What to Expect During Integration Weekend
Integration Weekend is Friday, May 7 to Sunday, May 9. During this time, there will be some service disruptions. This timeline will help you understand which services will be unavailable and when, and the steps you may need to take to prepare.

Week of April 12 | Online & Mobile Banking | Members registered for online banking will receive information regarding their temporary Personal Access Code (PAC). This will be the password used to log in for the first time on or after May 9. | Be prepared to change your password to a new strong password at first login. |
Monday, May 3 (Before 12:00 p.m. CDT) | Interac e-Transfer® – send money | Members will not be able to send money using Interac e-Transfer beginning May 3 at 12:00 p.m. CDT until Monday, May 10. Any pending e-Transfers in the system after 5:00 p.m. CDT on May 5 will be canceled and funds will be re-deposited to member accounts. | Send any planned e-Transfers prior. Remind your e-Transfer recipients to accept their funds before 5:00 p.m. CDT on Wednesday, May 5. |
Wednesday, May 5 (Before 5:00 p.m. CDT) | e-Transfer: receive or accept money | Members will not be able to receive or accept money using e-Transfer beginning May 5 at 5:00 p.m. CDT until Monday, May 10. e-Transfer profile, recipients, and history will not carry forward into the new database. | Check to see if you have any pending e-Transfers in your email or text notifications and action accordingly. Turn off the e-Transfer Autodeposit setting. Make a list of, print, or screenshot all e-Transfer recipient email addresses and keep them in a safe place. Screenshot and save/print your e-Transfer history. |
Friday, May 7 (5:00 p.m. CDT) | ATM & POS access | ATMs and Retail Point-of-Sale (POS) will be available with limited access. | Ensure any ATM transactions are completed in advance and have alternative methods of payment such as credit card or cash available throughout integration weekend. |
Friday, May 7 (5:00 p.m. CDT) | Branches | All Access CU branches will close at 5:00 p.m. CDT and will remain closed until Monday, May 10 for regular business hours. | Complete any in-branch banking activities as early in the week as possible to avoid delays. |
Friday, May 7 (5:00 p.m. CDT) | Member Solutions Centre (MSC) | The MSC will close at 5:00 p.m. CDT and will reopen on Sunday, May 9 at 1:00 p.m. CDT. | Complete telephone service banking activities as early in the week as possible to avoid delays. |
Friday, May 7 (5:00 p.m. CDT) | Online & Mobile Banking | Online and mobile banking will be unavailable until Sunday, May 9. | Complete any online banking activity prior to May 7 at 5:00 p.m. CDT. |

Saturday, May 8 | All Services | Branches closed as per normal business hours. Member Solutions Centre (MSC) closed. Online and mobile banking unavailable. Telephone banking unavailable. Limited access to debit card POS transactions as well as ATM deposits and withdrawals. | Have alternative methods of payment such as a credit card or cash throughout integration weekend. |
Sunday, May 9 | All Services | Branches closed per normal business hours. MSC open for member support from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. CDT. Online and mobile banking available. Telephone banking unavailable. Normal debit card POS transactions, ATM deposits & withdrawals resume. | Log into online banking with your existing PAN and temporary password via accesscu.ca. Delete CCCU Mobile App, download the Access 24/7 app. Login via desktop application first. |
Monday, May 10 | All Services | Normal business hours resume. Telephone banking available after 9:00 a.m. CDT. Cheque images and e-Statements will not be available until after 12 p.m. | Log into telephone banking with your member number and temporary password (PIN). Transact normally. |
