Access to Telephone Banking

After integration, members can access telephone banking at either of these numbers:

The main menu options in telephone banking are:

For account information, press 1.

From here, members can access:

  • Account balances
  • List of transactions clearing accounts such as deposits and cheques
  • Make transfers
  • Make bill payments
  • Change security code
  • Place stop payments

For deposit and loan rates, press 2.

From here, members will be connected with a Member Solutions Centre Representative who will discuss current rates and opportunities.

To report a lost or stolen debit or Collabria credit card, press 3.

For lost or stolen debit cards, members will be directed to connect with a Member Solutions Centre Representative during regular business hours.

Outside of regular business hours, members will be directed to connect with an Everlink Representative.

For lost or stolen credit cards, members will be directed to connect with a Collabria Representative.

For locations and business hours, press 4.
