Impacts & How to Login

All members will be unable to access telephone banking from Friday, May 7, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. CDT until Monday, May 10, 2021 after 9:00 a.m. CDT.

LEGACY ACCESS MEMBERS:

  • On May 7-9, 2021, members will be moved onto a new telephone banking platform. 
  • On May 10, members can access telephone banking via the new platform number: 204.949.1048 or the original 1.877.835.7378 number.
    • Once connected, you will hear a welcome message that refers to the platform as ExpressLine. Please note that this is the name of the platform and is the correct number.
    • To access your account, please use your Access Credit Union member number as your new user ID.
    • Your PIN will be temporarily reset to a new password (see mailed letter for details).
    • Upon first log in to telephone banking, you will be prompted to change the PIN for security purposes.

LEGACY CROSSTOWN CIVIC MEMBERS:

  • Your PIN will be temporarily reset to a new password (see mailed letter for details).
  • Upon first log in to telephone banking, you will be prompted to change the PIN for security purposes.

All transaction history will migrate over into the new telephone banking instance.
