Mark May 7-9 in your calendars and follow these steps to prepare for online and mobile banking changes.
Online and mobile banking will be unavailable effective 5:00 p.m. CDT on Friday, May 7 and will come back online Sunday, May 9.

- Items marked with an (A) apply to legacy Access members
- Items marked with a (B) apply to ALL members
What you can do to prepare:

Monday, May 3 (Before 12:00 p.m. CDT) | – Send any planned e-Transfers. (C) |
Wednesday, May 5 (Before 5:00 p.m. CDT) | – Pay any bills due between May 6 and 10. (C) – Turn off the e-Transfer Autodeposit setting. (C) – Make a list of, print, or screenshot all e-Transfer recipient email addresses and keep them in a safe place. Find out how. (C) – Screenshot and save/print your e-Transfer history. Find out how. (C) – Check to see if you have any pending e-Transfers on your profile and action accordingly. (C) – Remind your e-Transfer recipients to accept their funds. (C) Any pending e-Transfers in the system after May 5 will be canceled and funds will be re-deposited to member accounts. (C) |
Friday, May 7 (Before 5:00 p.m. CDT) | – Make note of any current alerts set up in online and mobile banking. (C) – Take screenshots of the Delegate Manager page to capture current delegates and the level of access granted. (C) – Take screenshots of the Account Consolidation Manager page for current memberships and associated PANs consolidated in online banking. (C) – Ensure all outstanding transactions requiring approval are completed. (C) |
