At this time, there are no changes to member statement cycles.
After the integration:
- After May 9th, share accounts will not be available to combine to statements.
- Registered term accounts opened after May 9th will receive statements quarterly, unless combined to a primary statement account with a different frequency.
- Loan accounts opened after May 9th will receive statements annually, unless combined to a primary statement account with a different frequency.
